Cambridge Brewing Company Morning Dew

Morning Dew is a refreshing take on Belgian Golden ale. It is brewed with a complex blend of malted and unmalted grain, including Rye Wheat, Buckwheat and flaked Barley. It has a medium body, smooth and round with a long lingering white head. Morning Dew is lightly bittered with German Hallertauer hops and infused with a touch of elderflower, then extensively dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. This provides a beautiful balance of floral and fruit aromatics, followed by hints of spicy grain. The flavor is more fruit with cereal grain and spicy Belgian yeast character, with a juicy bright finish.
