A 100% Brett-fermented pale ale hopped with Centennial and Idaho 7, formerly released as Mad Hatter. This beer is the third in our series of 100% Brett-fermented beers, accompanying Easy Tiger and Lion Eyes. Here, a funky and mild yeast presence melds with flavors of grapefruit pith, tropical fruit, and a hint of clove.
