Pueo Pale Ale, named after the Hawaiian name for owl, is a classic example of a West Coast-style Pale Ale brewed with Citra, Simcoe, and Chinook hops. We provide a balanced malt profile to create a perfect foundation to highlight the clean, citrus and piney aroma. Our ale is medium bodied and dry hopped for another lay of hop intensity.
