Salty Lemons A.K.A.: Skully No. 39. Preserved lemons are a pungent salty-sour condiment used to intensify a variety of Middle Eastern traditional recipes. To create our variation on this age-old concept, we’ve blended or mixed fermentation sour golden ale with Meyer lemons, Sorachi Ace hops, and Himalayan pink sea salt.
