Winter Cabin IPA is a good beer with a more robust, almost thicker, flavor than some other commonly found great IPAs like Coronado’s weekend vibes or Villager from Fort Point. Probably from the mix of five different hops they use in brewing this (Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Idaho 7, Loral). Like the winter Cabin name suggests, this beer goes great with hearty winter foods that feed your soul and body, like fondue, raclette, fire roasted pizza, and wild boar ragu pasta. ..and now I'm hungry again.
