The rings on the glass, those are his stripes, the gleam in your eye, that is the Tiger. In 2004, the Mad Scientists were tasting initial formulations during an epic video game marathon. In the glass, the beer’s golden orange hue -- and stripes of white lacing left behind after hearty gulps -- undeniably revealed the brew’s spirit animal. And so, Bengali, our homebrewed IPA interpretation was born. It slashes first with citrus and pine, roars in the nose and on the tongue, then shows a softer side with malt balance and a clean finish.
