Southern Tier Salted Caramel

Salted Caramel is the newest in our highly regarded Blackwater Series. To say that it’s among good company would be an understatement. It joins the ranks of Warlock, Crème Brûlée, Choklat Oranj & Choklat, which have RateBeer scores of 96, 98, 98 & 100. We brewed Salted Caramel to pay tribute to one of our favorite sweets. In the same vein as salted caramel chocolates and truffles, our Salted Caramel stout is the perfect balance of sweet decadence and savory salt. Perfect alone, or enjoyed as a float. FOOD PAIRINGS: Barbecued meats, medium cheese, bread pudding or as a float with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream
