Kent Falls Pastori Pilsner

Keller pilsner brewed with Endeavour barley from Valley Malt and hopped with Southern Hemisphere noble hops. After introducing noble hops into certain pale ales and IPAs, we sought to develop a pale lager which will combine a traditional low alpha/noble hop bitterness and profile while boosting the fruit forward character of more contemporary hops. We found our answer in Australia and New Zealand
