It’s true. Every brewery needs an IPA. We’re bringing the farmhouse culture to ours, fermenting it with a blend of 100% brettanomyces. Brewed with plenty of hops, it delivers the big juicy hop flavors to delicately balance the clean, and tropical fruit forward flavors of the wild yeast. Our goal was to produce an easy drinking IPA packed with enough hop flavors and aroma to create a new refreshing taste in any season. Initially, this will be a draft only offering to ensure it is consumed fresh and in the best condition possible. If we ever can it, we strongly encourage you to make it your hiking partner.
